Founded on March 12, 2004 and with a registered capital of RMB 12 million, Sichuan Cathay Engineering Management Consulting Co., LTD is in possession of Class A qualifications for engineering tendering agencies, engineering cost consultation and government outsourcing & purchasing, and of the qualifications in engineering consultation, central enterprise investment, project management and project supervision, etc. Has been certified by the ISO9001 Quality Management System, it is a comprehensive consulting service platform integrating engineering tendering agent service, engineering cost consultation, engineering consultation, PPP project consultation, government project supervision and control, project supervision, government outsourcing & purchasing, central enterprise investment, project management, and project planning.
